Tarrash, Z.
300 chess games
This book, which is a collection of games by the outstanding German
chess player Z. Tarrash, was widely known at the end of the last and
the beginning of this century. In addition to the thoroughly
commented games, the book contains the author’s story about his
art and life path.
Of course, one cannot study modern chess theory from the book of
Tarrash, but there are many instructive middlegames and endgames
in it. The final chapter of the book, which tells about the match
with Chigorin, becomes in fact the culmination of all work. Des
igned for a wide range of chess lovers.
