Deceptive simplicity
In this book, the authors set themselves a very modest goal - to acquaint
the reader with examples of the art of chess studies. However, as is often
the case, starting with particular questions, one inevitably encounters
common problems. Chess is loved by many, and because of their accessibility,
chess reciprocate. Thanks to the growing popularity in the world, chess
has become the cultural need of modern man. Grandmasters Alexander
Khalifman and Leonid Yudasin drew attention to this in the opening
article and afterword. They carefully, with genuine interest read
the manuscript and made a number of significant corrections and remarks.
